In Memory of our sweet Lily Grace

Lily's memorial services and luncheon will be held on Saturday, Dec 20th at Fellowship Bible Church in Sewell, NJ.

9:30-11:00am Visitation with Family & Friends (open)
11:00-12:00pm Memorial Ceremony (open)
12:00-12:45pm Private Burial
12:30pm Luncheon Reception (open)

In lieu of flowers, we would like to build a playground in memory of Lily at our church. It will be a tangible reminder of the joy Lily brought us, as we gather after church activities with the many families who loved us, supported us, guided us, and wept with us throughout this journey. We will grow lilies there and give our boys a special place to play and remember their sister. Contributions may be made out to Fellowship Bible Church; subject/memo: Lily's Field

Your journey with Lily has saddened me and uplifted me. Heaven has another angel. And my little Maria Avalon has another friend in common. It has been 4 months since I lost her but the pain and the joy never stop. I know all too well how you feel right now. May God hold his had over you both as you go through this next phase. The funeral was harder on me than I thought. But thankfully, God only took one of my babies. He let me have Matilyn. She is a special blessing for us and at the same time, a constant reminder. God Bless you both.

Behold the lilies of the field, how they grow; they photosynthetically labor MUCH and weave sunlight and chemicals most industrially, they sow much oxygen to the air, too.

While I don't know you and your family personally I have been so touched and moved by your journey. I don't have children of my own and I cannot imagine the range of emotions you are going through but your view on everything has inspired me.

I am so happy that you had those 5 days with your beautiful baby girl. You should know that she rests in a beautiful and peaceful place now.

I hope God gives you peace and comfort in your time of need.

A friend requesting prayers on behalf of your family directed me to your blog. I've read all of the posts from beginning to end. Although I have not experienced anything like this in my own life, I have to tell you that your story has blessed me. Your faith in God and perseverance is extraordinary. As I sit here with tears in my eyes, I am so grateful that God honored your faithfulness with 5 days to hold your precious daughter. You will be in my prayers. I'm sure the coming days will be very difficult, but I'm also sure that God will continue to bless you.
With Love in Christ,
Annette

When we think of your journey with Little Lily Grace, we think of what it means to do God's will despite the pain, suffering, and sacrifice. Praise God for His faithfulness in upholding you through this time and praise God for His wonderful hope for Little Lily and the perfect place she's in NOW!!!
We had hoped to attend Little Lily's Memorial service, but we were unable to find childcare for our 2 little ones. However, we wanted to send you our love by letting you know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers!
